"Intuitive eating is a whole new way of looking at food for me. Lauren does a great job of helping you set goals and helping you apply what you are learning. My biggest issue has been with getting rid of the power that sweets hold for me.  I am beginning to see that it is ok to leave food on the plate or throw away an unfinished dessert .I have been able to recognize when I am full and challenge myself when I am eating outside of meals.
