Fees:

Counseling sessions are $60 each.  Ask about my sliding scale pricing structure that can help you receive services at a lower price based on your income!

I do NOT accept insurance directly but will gladly provide a superbill for you to submit for insurance reimbursement.  Services are not guaranteed to be covered by insurance. 


I DO accept HSA/FSA!

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH LAUREN

I am a non-diet Dietitian and Intuitive Eating Counselor. I meet my clients virtually over video chat in the comfort of their own home and guide them through the Intuitive Eating framework to improve their relationship with food and their body. I am different from your average Dietitian, in that I don’t focus on weight loss.  But rather, I focus on helping my clients feel amazing in their bodies by teaching them to connect to their internal body cues, which empowers them to make their own food choices to meet their needs. 

I am here to work for you and to help guide you through a journey to self-attunement. I will not tell you what your body needs, because only you have the capability to determine the individual needs of your body.  You will receive resources and practices that will help you to attune to the signals and messages your body is sending. 

In becoming an intuitive eater, you will create a better relationship with food and your body.  You will discover satisfaction and feel empowered when it comes to eating and making food decisions. You will feel better in your body and improve your overall health by eating the foods that meet your individual needs. You will be able to take leadership over your life around food and no longer be controlled by diets, food rules, or guilt.
